When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday before noon (EST). Orders placed after noon during the week day and on weekends will be shipped the next business day.


What is your return policy?

Need to return an item? Not a problem. Simply pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the original invoice and send to the address below:

Once received you will be notified by e-mail when we’ve processed your refund. Returns may take place within 30 days of delivery of a shipment for any reason for a full refund. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.


In what currency do you charge?

All prices are quoted in USD dollars. However, you may choose the currency of your choice by using the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of your screen. We accept CAD, USD, GBP, and EUROs. Please note however, that additional taxes and duties may apply in your home country (outside of of USA and Canada) upon receipt of the package. It is the buyers responsibility to properly inform themselves of any of these charges.
