Light a Dream
Light a Dream is a non-profit charitable organization that assists young adults with intellectual disabilities. Light a Dream works in partnership with the Lester B. Pearson School Board’s Cooperative education program. Light a Dream plays an important role in assisting the transition of students into the larger community by providing employment experiences. At the storefront location in Dorval, the students working at Light a Dream make and sell candles and other decorative items. The efforts of Light a Dream were recognized when it was named winner of the 2002 & 2008 Quebec Entrepreneurship Contest in the Social Economic Category.


Sun Youth
The mission of Sun Youth is to provide a highly personalized service and implement new programs to improve the current situation of its clientele through education, awareness and material assistance.

Montreal Children's HospitalThe Montreal Children’s Hospital provides the highest quality healthcare to infants, children and teenagers. Each year tens of thousands of children and families from across Quebec and beyond seek care from our health professionals. We serve our patients in both French and English, and interpreter services in more than 40 languages are provided by a dedicated team of medical interpreters and a number of hospital staff.

The Montreal Children's Hospital is a tertiary care pediatric teaching hospital affiliated with McGill University.
